My Name is Tony Hassell and I am Recovery Manager at Mitchell. Ferris Recovery are ISO9000:2002 and PAS43 compliant and have one of the most modern fleet of vehicles in the South West.

Most of the major clubs use our services including RAC, Green Flag, Britannia Rescue, Mondial Assistance and many local main dealers.

Our breakdown area extends from Wadebridge to Portreath on the north coast and Helston to St Austell on the south, although for some companies we cover the whole of Cornwall. We can collect or deliver your vehicle to anywhere in the UK.

Our fleet of 13 vehicles are all fitted with satellite Navigation, data transfer and mobile phone communication. Three vehicles are able to run on ‘O’ licence which allows nationwide new and used vehicle collection and delivery, many of the South West’s leading dealers use our services.

All staff are IVR (Institute of Vehicle Recovery) trained to deal with any situation from a Scooter to a 7.5tonne Light commercial vehicle, a flat battery to a recovery to Aberdeen.
